Lorsque ces champignons sont consomm\u00e9s crus ou pas assez cuits, les consommateurs courent un risque accru de tomber malade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019Agence canadienne d\u2019inspection des aliments (ACIA) ajoutera de nouvelles conditions aux licences de Salubrit\u00e9 des aliments au Canada (SAC) visant l\u2019importation de champignons enoki frais en provenance de la R\u00e9publique de Cor\u00e9e et de la R\u00e9publique populaire de Chine \u00e0 compter du 15&nbsp;mars&nbsp;2023.
